How long does staging take to install?
Most installations are completed in a single day. Larger homes or custom projects may require 2 days. We work around your schedule and coordinate with your realtor and photographer.
What's included in the staging period?
The standard staging period is 30 days and includes all furniture, art, accessories, installation, and de-staging. Extended staging is available at a monthly rate if your home needs more time on the market.
Do I need to be present during installation?
No, many of our clients provide access via lockbox or through their realtor. We're fully insured and treat every property with the utmost care.
What if my home sells before the staging period ends?
Congratulations! We'll coordinate de-staging around your closing date. There's no penalty for selling quickly—that's the goal!
